Full-Stack Developer

Roles and responsibilities

• Lead the development of core product features, including:
  • Implementing and optimising data processing algorithms
  • Creating interactive data visualisations and charts
  • Developing automated decision-making systems and action triggers
  • Building integrations with various marketing platforms
  • Designing and implementing efficient job queues and background processes
• Contribute to product design discussions, helping to shape the direction of the marketing analytics tool
• Translate high-level product requirements into technical designs and efficient code implementations in Laravel
• Design and implement user interfaces using Livewire and Tailwind CSS
• Optimise database queries and data storage using SQL and Eloquent ORM
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of the system, including handling potential platform administration tasks
• Collaborate with team members to refine and improve existing functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack
• Stay updated with the latest trends in marketing technology and web development

Skills and experience

• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework, with a thorough understanding of best practices
• Expertise in front-end development using Livewire and Tailwind CSS
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with Laravel’s Eloquent ORM
• Experience with implementing and optimising job queues and background processes
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and deployment
• Knowledge of MySQL database management and Redis caching mechanisms
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Solid foundation in statistics and data analysis
• Use of AI for coding and a demonstration of using generative AI to increase productivity and output critical
• Good understanding of performance marketing concepts and metrics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and sustain productivity
